As part of our ongoing commitment to providing superior customer service, MPS has become a participating company with the Ombudsman Services.

Ombudsman Services is an OFCOM registered ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service which applies to customers who are consumers or businesses employing up to 10 staff. We will incorporate the service into our complaints procedure and ensure staff are trained to deal with a relevant complaint.

Membership of an OFCOM registered ADR service is a prerequisite of forthcoming Government funded schemes related to Gigabit Broadband.
