The MPS team was crowned Communications Provider of the Year at the 2017 General Practice Awards – that’s the third time in four years!
Held at the Lancaster Hotel on 30 November, the General Practice Awards 2017 brought together over 600 primary care personnel and suppliers at a glamour-filled evening, with each finalist hoping to take away a prestigious award.
With frontline nurses and doctors rubbing shoulders with VIPs from NHS England, the healthcare sector and key suppliers to the industry, everyone was in good spirits and out to celebrate their successes over the past 12 months.
The awards, in association with Nursing in Practice, Management in Practice, Health Leader, The Pharmacist and Pulse, are designed to recognise, highlight, and reward the hard work and innovation that gets carried out every day in surgeries up and down the UK together with the suppliers and service providers who always go that extra mile to support general practices and help improve patient care.
MPS currently supports over 500 medical practices across the UK with telephone systems, complemented by telephone lines, data networking and/or IT services designed, delivered and supported exclusively by the company’s own skilled and dedicated team.
We are delighted to win this award for the third time. We were winners in 2014, runners up in 2015, winners in 2016 and now winners again this year. Our healthcare offering is an on-going evolution aligned to challenges and opportunities within the sector as they arise. Continued success and the recognition we receive is testament to the fact that our team is set apart form its competitors by an intrinsic understanding of the common commercial and operational issues faced by many medical practices. This, with our ability to design and deliver solutions which deal with them ultimately leads to reduced costs, improved productivity, enhanced patient experience and Practice Managers enjoying simplified administration, billing, maintenance and support.
