The team at MPS is delighted to have won the award for Best Vertical SME Solution at the recent CNA Awards.
The entry featured the work carried out at De Montfort Surgery in Leicester. Legacy equipment had left the surgery with problems the with line quality and capacity at key times of the day.
As a result of working with MPS, the surgery boosted its results in the GP Patient Survey, from the worst in the region (52%) to the best at 84%. The receptionists at the surgery were scored at 100% for being helpful, placing De Montfort in first place for Leicester City surgeries.
In addition, the solution that MPS delivered has helped the surgery to achieve a cost reduction of 15%.
The ceremony took place in London, where our director, Tim Docker, was presented with the award by Jimmy Nesbit.
This is a great result for MPS, reinforcing our position in this sector.
