Communications Provider of the Year 2016
MPS were once again crowned as Communications Provider of the Year at the 2016 General Practice Awards at the Lancaster Hotel, London.
Winners in 2014 and runners up in 2015, MPS has once again beaten fierce competition to win this year’s supplier award on the star spangled evening.
The awards, hosted this year by NHS doctor, campaigner, health writer, investigative journalist, broadcaster, speaker and comedian Phil Hammond, once again recognised, highlighted and rewarded the hard work and innovation that gets carried out every day in surgeries up and down the UK. The evening celebrated both team projects and individual achievements, all carried out in order to serve the best possible care to patients, together with a range of suppliers to the primary care sector such as MPS.
The MPS Team continues to streamline practice management processes including the introduction of Automated Patient Services such as Intelligent Call Queue Management, in turn providing patients with an enhanced experience and reducing stress levels for busy reception teams. We provide IP telephone systems from Mitel, Panasonic and NEC, complimented by telephone lines, data networking and/or IT services designed, delivered and supported exclusively by the company’s own skilled and dedicated team.
Commenting on winning the award again, MPS MD Tim Docker said, “We are delighted to win this award a second time. The healthcare sector continues to be an area we enjoy success in, understanding the commercial and operational challenges faced by practices and delivering technical and financial solutions, which meet their needs. Winning a second time is hopefully testament to the consistently evolving services we offer.”
