Maintenance Services

MPS Networks provides nationwide telephone system maintenance for Mitel, Panasonic and NEC products.

We aim to resolve Faults promptly or to perform Moves, Adds or Changes at via our experienced support desk team where possible. If necessary we can arrange site surveys prior to performing moves, additions or changes. It can help to discuss the options with an experienced technician or consultant before going ahead with any planned changes.

We recommend that customers adopt manufacturer Software Assurance services. Software Assurance ensures the systems we support are kept up to date, thus reducing the time to fix particularly if we refer to manufacture support desks. These software updates can be performed outside normal business hours to reduce service impact to the customer.
