MPS were recommended to me by another Practice Manager so I made an appointment to meet with the MPS Consultant who was straightforward and honest to deal with.
I felt confident that MPS offered us the best solution for our needs; and we agreed to purchase a system that would give us 5 lines, new handsets and call recording for a cost similar to our current monthly outlay.
Our MPS installation was handled expertly and efficiently by the MPS Project Manager, who came with a colleague on the first day and then came back on his own the second day. Both were polite, considerate and extremely helpful; a credit to their company. They quietly got on with their work with practically no disruption for the practice team.
Since the installation, we have had very little need to call for any support, but I can say from the couple of times that we have either called or emailed support that the response has been quick and efficient.
Project management support was excellent throughout our new office telephony provision from initial contact/start-up, through communication during control and execution of tasks to final delivery checks on business outcome. Attention to the critical path was well considered and applied. The MPS PM was responsive/effective in addressing problems and on exploring additional scope. The solution was arrived at quickly and upgrade to SIP telephony achieved in the new offices. The project was delivered to dates required and MPS were flexible/accommodating in addressing problems encountered along the way. MPS Engineers did a great job for us. They took on the problem we encountered with cabling from the BT distribution box to the office floor to resolution. This would have taken much longer and the process would have been much more tortuous without this support. MPS helped address some poor quality cabling work into the comms room from our other suppliers. Switch over went very smoothly. I was very happy with communication throughout. MPS staff were responsive and careful to convey understanding and arrive at good decisions and action, not just transmit information.
After many major problems with our previous phone system at the practice, we approached MPS for quotes and information relating to their phone system. We met with the MPS consultant on several occasions where everything was discussed in much detail, and it was all very understandable.
I can honestly say, that the phone system which was installed by MPS is absolutely great for the practice, and reception staff love working with it. Installation was very smooth, with barely any interruptions to our staff and patients. The training which was received post installation was also excellent, with the MPS staff being able to answer any of the many questions posed to them.
We dealt with the MPS consultant from start to finish, and have always had immediate and efficient help/answers/information from him and the team at MPS. We have had a few tweaks made along the way as you would with any new system, but the patients and staff definitely can see the benefits of our new phone system.
I would not hesitate in recommending MPS to other practices and would like to thank them wholeheartedly for their assistance throughout the whole process so far. The new system has also saved us money too which is always of benefit.

The recent efforts on a Friday which went above and beyond the norm led to the resolution of several issues and we were able, on Monday, to begin working without any significant setbacks.

Your engineer did our site visit on the 1st February and returned to us yesterday to start the installation process, we went live today. I was anxious about the installation and the roll-out of the new system, handsets, headsets and generally the system to a group of mature employees. I have to say that your engineer has been wonderful, holding my hand at every step, explaining the system and what needs to be done and when. He is a great credit to MPS, he is professional and the most friendly telephone engineer I have come across in my 14 years as being a manager.

I’ve got an unusual request – I’m currently sourcing customer service training for our team to ensure that we are offering the very best to our clients and maintaining our place in the industry for customer service excellence. I’ve noticed that whenever we contact anyone at MPS they are unfailingly professional, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and seem genuinely happy to help with our requests and queries– in short, they are brilliant at customer service and are displaying the very traits and high level we want to develop and maintain for our clients.
Does MPS use a specific customer service training company, training system or person and if so, would you mind sharing who they are with us so we can contact them about some bespoke customer service training for our team?
Hopefully this request isn’t too cheeky; we just want our clients to be as happy with us as we are with MPS.
Whilst some companies ‘promised’ more, MPS were able to give me a clear idea of what could be achieved, were realistic on what we could and couldn’t improve and always looked at the best value way of achieving our plans.
Price was competitive and we were sold what we actually needed, with advice on add on extras and what these could do for us if we were to take up.
The day of actually fitting the phone system ran very smoothly, with no down time, and excellent guys on site to handle the swapping of handsets.
Patients have noticed a difference, so this has undoubtedly helped on that early morning rush, and also saved us money in the long run.

When meeting MPS it soon became obvious that they had a good technical knowledge of the telephone system and fully understood the requirements of a doctor’s surgery. The installation went smoothly and any minor issues since then have been quickly dealt with by the helpdesk. MPS delivers what is asked of them.
The new Mitel Unified Communications from MPS has transformed communications at the RSA Academy. Staff and teachers can now communicate and collaborate more effectively with each other and with parents using Micollab Smart Phone App. It is also now much easier for parents to get in contact with our staff and we have saved a lot of staff time by fully utilising the new systems installed on Reception, which our experienced MPS trainer has helped us take advantage of.
We have reduced our monthly call spend and added features, functionality and resilience to our communications.
Naturally we expected some initial teething problems when switching from one system to another but the project was handled professionally from beginning to end by MPS and we have experienced no such issues. We really rate the professionalism and values of MPS and would not hesitate to recommend them to other organisations.

Our practice was in much need of a telephone system update. We had been shopping around for a new telephone system, listening to numerous presentations and collecting quotations. I contacted Richard at MPS, who visited me at the practice. He was very open about the company he did not put any pressure on the practice for a decision. He arranged for a colleague to demonstrate the system to my staff who were very impressed.
We placed the order, the installation went extremely well and even on the day of installation we were able to make minor adjustments in what we required from the telephone system.

As a new customer, I was wary of the sales talk given by you, but I can honestly say that you did what you said you would do. You followed my instructions as to what we wanted at the Surgery and made sure that it was project managed professionally. We had constant support from you and your team before, during and after the installation.
Your installation team worked tirelessly and professionally, overcoming many obstacles in their way. After the installation, our Primary Health Care team were supported with training and telephone back up for all our questions.
The cost of the installation was worked out against the savings we would make in the future, and this has balanced out as you said it would; and if we achieve your target, we should save approximately 30% on our costs.
