MPS Plc provide support services for our complete portfolio of products and services. We provide both ad-hoc support and full maintenance contracts for both our voice and data services. MPS plc provides flexible Maintenance and Support Contract arrangements whilst contracts generally include the provision of all parts, labour, time and materials on an on site basis in the event of equipment failure as well as telephone helpdesk and remote diagnostic support. Helpdesk & Remote Support Our helpdesk is central to our service operation and for all your support issues, incidents and problems. It is designed to ensure that all raised calls are logged and resolved in the quickest time possible. Our helpdesk is manned by a skilled team of trained support technicians who receive regular training to ensure effective support for all common technologies.Our helpdesk follows industry best practice to ensure smooth operation and consistent service levels, all making for a more pleasant and productive client experience. The helpdesk is responsible for 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support issues and has authorisation to escalate calls to site visit as and when required. Field Service & On-Site Support For the occasions when remote support is unable to resolve a fault, MPS Plc operate a team of field service engineers. We operate to industry standard SLA response times with the added flexibility of being able to offer bespoke SLA's to match your requirementMaintenance and Support Contracts related to the Mitel 3300 ICP platform and applications generally include Software Assurance which provides access to software updates, new software releases and functionality enhancements. This level of support reflects the Company’s ethos related to the provision of complete “end to end” solutions which applies equally to support as well as infrastructure. Maintenance and Support staff are experienced, trained and accredited pertinent to the infrastructure they are required to support typically by Mitel, NEC, or Panasonic. Maintenance and Support staff and services must comply with the Company’s ISO9002 procedures and services are provided throughout the UK. See links to other services below.
