PSTN Lines

Fixed lines are still at the heart of most business communications whether they are analogue, ISDN or IP trunks and MPS partners with a number of tier one network providers to ensure we can offer customers a choice and well as competitive pricing.

MPS Networks provides PSTN (Analogue), ISDN2E and ISDN30E network services. All services are Tier One.

ISDN Lines

ISDN-based telephony still has a role to play in many businesses, particularly if you are looking to maximise your current investment in legacy ISDN equipment. ISDN remains a valid and cost-effective option as it allows high-quality voice channels to be deployed using a single cable and is easy to manage and support.

MPS can support you with competitively priced ISDN services and help and advise you on the options available if you are considering migrating to unified communications. Whether it’s IDSN or SIP, we can offer the right solution for your business.

Enhanced BT Care Levels

  • Care Level 2 is provided at no premium; faults may be reported during working hours and should be cleared by 23.59 the next day, Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
  • Care Level 3 can be provided at a premium of £3.30 or £2.10 per line/channel per month for Analogue or ISDN respectively; faults may be reported during working hours and should be cleared by 23.59 the same day when reported before 13.00 or by 12.59 the next day when reported after 13.00, Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
  • Care Level 4 can be provided at a premium of £4.50 or £2.50 per line/channel per month for Analogue or ISDN respectively; faults may be reported 24/7/365 and should be cleared within 6 hours.
  • Site Assurance is available at a Premium of 37p per ISDN30E Channel per month enabling prompt call re-routing as required; in the event of disruption, disaster or otherwise.
