Panasonic End of Life Notification
As of the 30th June 2015 the Panasonic KX-NCP IP-Hybrid family is being discontinued.
This means the end of life for all KX-NCP main unit systems: KX-NCP1000/ KX-NCP500 and Business Editions KX-NCP500X and KX-NCP500V.
The models that will be discontinued are the following:
- KX-NCP1000 – Communication platform, suitable for up to 100 users
- KX-NCP500 – Communication solution suitable for up to 64 users
- KX-NCP500V – VoIP system designed for a new business of 8-16 users
- KX-NCP500X – Digital system designed for a new business of 4-12 users
Naturally we will continue to support current systems in the field but we do recommend that any businesses using one of the above systems talks to MPS Networks about the migration programmes available to move to a current system.
We will be promoting the new KX-NS systems with migration campaigns to move current KX-NCP customers with IP Licences to new KX-NS systems. More information will be available soon.
