MPS plc provides flexible Maintenance and Support Contract arrangements whilst contracts generally include the provision of all parts, labour, time and materials on an on site basis in the event of equipment failure as well as telephone helpdesk and remote diagnostic support. Maintenance and Support Contracts related to the Mitel 3300 ICP platform and applications generally include Software Assurance which provides access to software updates, new software releases and functionality enhancements. This level of support reflects the Company’s ethos related to the provision of complete “end to end” solutions which applies equally to support as well as infrastructure. Maintenance and Support staff are experienced, trained and accredited pertinent to the infrastructure they are required to support typically by Mitel, Panasonic, Cisco or Microsoft. Maintenance and Support staff and services must comply with the Company’s ISO9002 procedures and services are provided throughout the UK. See links to other services below. |
