MPS plc employs a team of Project Managers. All Project Managers have a high level of expertise across the complete MPS plc portfolio as well as their own specialism which could be voice networks, data networks, IP network level infrastructure or PSTN/ISDN network level infrastructure.

Sales orders introduced to the Company are assigned a “named” Project Manager where the Project Manager is selected on the basis of matching his/her specialism to the overall requirement demanded by the installation required to be carried out.

The “named” Project Manager is then ultimately responsible for the installation in question whilst he/she will be supported by other Project Managers, installation and training staff.

In any event Project Management services will be delivered on a comprehensive “end to end” basis dealing with all aspects of the installation.

Project Managers must comply with the Company’s ISO9002 procedures.
