The Panasonic DTA (Desktop Telephony Assistant) is a third party Computer Telephony Integration application capable of providing integration between Panasonic PBX and IP-PBX and client LAN/WAN. Integration takes place to an application or applications running on a client LAN/WAN providing primary functionality of “screen pop” and “power dial” on LAN/WAN work stations. We possess a “library” of links to numerous applications and are able to create links to “new” applications as required. |
