One supplier, total service
At the beginning of 2006 MPS launched its portfolio of telephone line rental and call plan tariffs...

...for the provision of Tier One services and around 50% of MPS telephone system customers are now taking advantage of reduced costs as well as eliminating the potential for multiple supplier conflict in this area.

So how are costs reduced?

Compared to the wider market, our line rental and call plan tariffs are very aggressively priced. With all outbound calls charged on a pence per second basis with no minimum call charge or set up fee, almost invariably cost comparisons show that cost savings are realisable should customers migrate to MPS services from alternative providers.

And how do we eliminate potential multiple supplier conflict?

As MPS line rental and call plans are offered exclusively to MPS customers, in the majority of cases we are already responsible for the maintenance and support of the customer’s telephone system and then become responsible for lines, call routing and any associated faults. The potential for the multiple supplier conflict which can occur when these services are procured from disparate suppliers is thus avoided; and so is the associated potential business disruption.
