MPS were recommended to me by another Practice Manager so I made an appointment to meet with the MPS Consultant who was straightforward and honest to deal with.
I felt confident that MPS offered us the best solution for our needs; and we agreed to purchase a system that would give us 5 lines, new handsets and call recording for a cost similar to our current monthly outlay.
Our MPS installation was handled expertly and efficiently by the MPS Project Manager, who came with a colleague on the first day and then came back on his own the second day. Both were polite, considerate and extremely helpful; a credit to their company. They quietly got on with their work with practically no disruption for the practice team.
Since the installation, we have had very little need to call for any support, but I can say from the couple of times that we have either called or emailed support that the response has been quick and efficient.
